Contributions support a community space, not cannabis
EmberMark is a clubhouse and event-platform network — we do not sell, ship, or distribute cannabis. Any contribution goes toward planning and building a physical community space.
Not equity, ownership, or a guaranteed return
A contribution does not give you equity, ownership, a stake in revenue, or any guaranteed return. It is a non-voting gift to a project, with the Founding Supporter perks described here.
Not tax-deductible unless legally approved
Until the EmberMark entity is structured and cleared as a 501(c)(3) (or equivalent), contributions are not tax-deductible. We will publish the legal structure and applicable treatment once it is final.

What the clubhouse will be
A room with a door, a table with chairs, and a calendar of programming.
Membership-run tastings, listening nights, growers markets, advocacy evenings, skill-shares, and quiet space to read or just be around people who get it. A front door and a back patio, a kitchen for small plates, and a community library.
